Ability is nothing without opportunity

It means that nobody will give you praise for your ability if you don't show it or if you don't give a chance to show it .


 Opportunity is necessary to prove somebody's ability  . Moreover , some people don't get a chance to show that they have ability . If someone has ability and he/she doesn't give opportunity , she/he won't do anything . On other word , people can't do anything if they don't have opportunity to do it . For example , I used to play in professional soccer team in Saudi Arabia because they gave me a chance to prove that I had ability .
